From October 1st 2004 service providers in the private, public or voluntary sectors will need to make 'reasonable adjustments' to their premises to ensure that disabled people have adequate access to the services they provide.

We will carry out a full survey of the premises to determine the extent of works required to meet your obligations under the DDA and will assist you to implement a compliance strategy in advance of October 1st 2004.
